My name is Joe Greco and I have been selling construction equipment for 19    years.  For the last 8 years I have worked for Anderson Equipment Co. a 14 store, three State operation that predominately deals in new and fleet Komatsu equipment and experienced iron brought in as trade in units.

Delta Contractors Inc. of Hermitage, Pa.

Delta Contractors is a master bridge building company that uses this Komatsu PC300LC-6 Excavator for their most demanding work.  Recently, they purchased a Rockland Model H23 Construction Grapple for the excavator that will be used to hustle rock.

May I have your referral
There is no reason to tell clients how you can assist them until you have revealed what kind of help they need.  The information gained from asking informative questions will allow you to build an impact response to show how you can be of service.  The questions must be open minded ones that get the client thinking and talking, not just answering yes or no.
A good referral for me is a prospective purchaser that wants to work with a salesman who is open minded enough to listen first, then ask informed questions that help specify the best machine possible for their needs.
